Anyone up for a challenge ?

Last night i was thinking ,and thought up an idea of an online Drag Racing game.

I would like the game to be done with Visual Basic(VB.NET) or Flash (Whatever would be easier and quicker)

Im planning on making the Game downloadable , so all the Racer would have to do is Run the file and Login with a Registered account and Race or chat with other Racers.

The game ChatRoom is planned to be setup with IRC.

So far i have a guy that is good with VB.NET , and im looking for a 3d designer, sound guy , and someone that can make templates ,and pictures on Photoshop.

Im hoping to assemble a great team , and payment will be negotiable.
