Screen grabber

Hi, i have a screen grabber that, when you click save, to save the image, uses the common dialog function to save the image. I want to save the image over the same thing everytime. So i dont want the common dialog save box. I just want it to save to a specific location.

Can someone look at it for me and get rid of the common dialog stuff. And if you get a chance, rmove the menu bar at the top of the screen grabber and make the buttons in it, into buttons, I would be really grateful.
