MTS and Sybase 11.9

I am currently supporting a VERY LARGE application in Visual Basic 5.0. We use Access as our scratch pad and Sybase as our main Database.

Here is the problem. I am currently ripping the app apart in to an N-Tier application with COM objects for both Business Logic and Data Access.

I am looking into using Microsoft Transaction Server to host the COM objects. Can MTS work with Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise 11.9.2? Can MTS use it's Transaction processing with Sybase?

Any suggestions?
