I'm planning on learning Java for use with the package "mobile development".
Is there someone here who's writing in Java?
Can you send the applications you've built to a normal java compitable mobilephone?
...I know I'm a n00b... :rolleyes: :D ...

Mobile development is for .NET developers
Java however has it's own forum , this one (j2se, j2me, j2ee).
1-You can post your questions about java mobile applications here and we'll try to help you.
2- if you are using java KToolbar you can build your project and send both .jad and .jar to your mobile, run the .jad file and a setup will run to install your program
