One would pause for a minute and ask oneself with complete honesty;

Why tell us you were already a registered user? Why throw in "facts"? Do you know how much has been spent on rebuilding, or is that irrelevant to your goal? It's not me either. Had it been me, I would have been able to figure out what the poll was about before I got to the third option. After reading the first two, I thought this was a poll about coding....or something. Now I understand, but I don't have an answer. I feel that the last three all have their merits
