I need help translating Do you speak another language

im making languages for my application and i want to trsnalate a few words to other langauges. any langauges i dont mind because its a school project

i can use google language tools but sometimes it returns words that dont make sense in the contex im doin

the terms are:

help (as in help in the menu bar)
tools ( as in tools in menu bar)

in Dutch:

Please clarify: 'commission' & 'rates' (they has multiple meanings)

thanks alot for that. commission as in 'charge' or 'fee' and rates as in prices... the program is a currency converter and the rates the currency rates...so like currency price..
