Bush: U.S. doesn't eavesdrop on phone calls of ordinary Americans
I was reading this CNN article and i couldn't help thinking. Who defines "ordinary" for the Bush administration, and what happens when my definition of ordinary and his definition are not the same.

ordinary = someone who isnt being spied on

A bit off topic, but for a culture so afraid of being spied on, why is voyeurism a popular sexual perversion?

I think that's one of interesting human characteristics. We are afraid of being spied on, but enjoy spying on others. For the same reason we enjoy gossiping about others but hate to be on the recieving end.
