Pull up (NOT pull down) menu in eVB

hi all,
i would like to add a pull up menu at the bottom of my application. where do i find the relevent icon in the component bar? the pull up menu will be something like our "Start" icon in window environment. can someone help me in this. thks in advance.

not available im afraid. you would probably need to create your own control to provide the required functionality

can someone show me how to create such a pull up menu? pls help me with the codes as well.
