help in open prgram from inside code

i need help in this problem
i make code that open any txt file and another code that could open external program(access) and each code run correct alone
after that i make code it just interface that have three button one for run first code that open txt file and other for open external program
when i run three codes it compile perfect and the interface appear but no action happen when i click on the button and idonot know why
help me please in that
note i make the path according to my computer
