Normally it would show and print but needs to suppress it under certain conditions

Normally it would show and print but needs to suppress it under certain conditions
Any field can be Suppressed using a formula.
Right Click the field
Select the Format Field menu item.
On the Common tab, hit the Forumla button beside the Suppress checkbox.
Write the formula.
