Help to create proper formatted reporrt
Dear Friends,
I m creating access report. i want to format the access report detail section in such a way that its length should not decrease even if there is only one row of the record. but it can grow if there r multiple records.
may be following figure could help u .

All most like this. u can see there is only one record still the detail section is of the same height. on the other hand if there is much record the detail section can grow even it cna extend to more then one page.
Friend i do not know how to do it properly . Kindly help me .its urgent.
