What is this used for?? Is it for making your own keycodes, if so how do you make your own key code to activate the app.

This is to identify u as manufacturer of the software product.

It uses the spc file (digital document).

Its shows that ur a trusted source and u can be located if something happens to the app.

I haven't used it but based on the reading the keys are created using the sn.exe
