How could i moniter internet explore so that when a mouse is moved over the link. Like if i moved it over a zip file it would put the url to it on a Download waiting list in my app? Please Help Me?

you could just download getright, find the crack at thecrack.com, and do exactly what you're trying to do with getright. It's an awesome program.
Getright is ok for a few file But it can't do a Quick List Download(automatically adds files to be downloaded and names them just by moving over them).
