SS32X25.ocx problem

i'd appreciate to help me finding SS32X25.ocx to be used in the development mode, i'm not a professional programmer but had made a module on 1998, that time i had gotten the license for the development mode, i'm trying now to change a little bit in the program which works as exe but not in VB developer mode

By the way it was a third party spread sheet that needed the SS32X25.ocx file

I am not familiar with that OCX but it sounds like a third party control. If this is the case, then only the vendor that makes/sells the control can provide the development license file that you need.

is it possible that i can replace Spread sheet 2.5, Farpoint product, with a control from the windows or the microsoft office?
