I'm using onclick to call this VB sub from a frame to populate my frame:
Sub Run2Locs
Window.open "HomePage.asp?hp=prod target=Forms"
Window.open "Menu.asp?hp=hd target=Buttons"
End Sub
This doesn't work . It ignores "target" and opens up independent windows. Does anyone know how I can specify the target using VBScript?

If your opening a new window, that new window will not have your frames in it. Frames are not inherited to child windows.
You would need to open a new frameset page in the window that loads the pages. OR you could pass in the pagename as a querystring to the new window and handle it that way.
