I don't need to code it, but on my current system there is a proxy setup for it, but I can't figure out what the correct IP is...

No need for DOS if it's your own computer's IP Address...
Go to Start > Run > C:\WINDOWS\Winipcfg.exe
In your dos type: ipconfig
