yes VBF had few MVPs this time, ummm, dglienna, techgnome, klienma, RobDog and maybe others from other sections, i am not much aware of!!
how do they choose them? just browse the web? or what?
Harsh, that was last quarter (January). ;)
There was a thread in CC that it was discussed/announced for last January. - http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=379626
MVP FAQ - https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/mvpfaqs
MVPs are awarded every quarter (3 months) and the recent one was completed in March.
Rob, dgliena and others were awarded in the month of December. I was just trying to find out if there were some more additions to the list from VBF.
If there are any they are usually announced around the first week of the following month after the quarter ends.
Are you trying to make fun of us?? :) Apparently you can't view that link without having an MVP account... :mad:Quote:

That is not true. Its a public page and no sign in required.
Well dangit... I tried and it asked for a passport ID, which I have, but I use my passport login, and it says its not a valid MVP passport...
**EDIT - Its FireFox... guess they broke it on purpose for it ;) I can get to it fine in IE...
Here is the public home page. Try this although it shouldnt make a difference.

Edit:  Thats what you get for using FF. ;)
I am not aware of any new people this quarter. The new people at Codeguru (other than the ones renewed) were actually carry-overs from January.
Brad!
Thanks for the update Brad. :)
I think this thread can be closed now.
Noooo, not Firefox... because it worked just fine for me. I had to click on a couple of dialogs to get Firefox to accept the security certificates, but it came up just fine for me.Quote:
