Failed to read data from report file

I am trying to publish a Crystal report (or even tried save as from Crystal reports to CE). It gives me following error:

Failed to read data from report file <filename>: Reason failed to read parameter object.

Does anyone have an idea as to what this is?

This problem was solved by setting myself as a member of Administrator and then publishing the report.

I have the same problem. I am using the Administrator account only. But still i get the error. Anytother solution is there..
I am using .net SDK for publish my report to CE.
