Get how many hours stay on Internet

I want to make a program tha allows me to know how many times user(s) log on and how many hours stay up on internet.
It is possible via VB ?

Yea, insted on clicking on say the internet exploer icon, click on your own exe file.

This exe will have a timer that counts up the time,

it also would uses the shell comand to load the internet up as normal
