how can I put tooltip on the ColumnHeaders.
There is a tip on VB-World somewhere that shows a nifty trick to add tooltips to oversized listbox items (yes, listbox) You could conceivably change this code to work with your listview column headers. You can do a search here for listbox tooltip and it should pull that bit of code up.
