Moveing mails using a macro within outlook?

Hi,
I am useing Outlook 2000 and I am wanting to create a button that would automaticaly move the email item(s) I have selected, wherever I am, to a certain folder. I thought this may be possible by writeing a macro to do this and then assign this macro to a button. The only problem is that I do not have any idea how to do this. I presume this is probably quite a simple task so if anyone I would appreciate it.

I am trying to do the same type of thing and as with you, I have been unsuccessful. I have posted questions on several discussion groups with no success.

What I want to do actually is similar to yours with the exception that I want the email to go to an Access table and the delete the messages from Outlook.

If you should find a solution could you pass it on to me as well.
