[RESOLVED] MSDN Subscription Transition - Developers/Architects/Testers
What is the difference between the MSDN Subscription for Developers and Architects?
I'll most likely have to choose Developers, but what am I missing out on in Architects?
Re: MSDN Subscription Transition - Developers/Architects/Testers
I also think Software Developers version is the one you will need as the Architects doesnt have "Unit Testing, Code Coverage" and "Dynamic Code Analyzer, Static Code Analyzer, Code Profiler" where as the Software Developers version doesnt contain "Application Designer, Logical Infrastructure Designer, Deployment Designer".

That link is just what I needed.
I don't think it's fair though, that they've split it into streams. I am interested in software architecture, but for now I need to stay on the development path.
Although, I do have two subscriptions... hmm...

I know what you mean but there appears to be only a small difference as far as I can see. If you really wanted to know you could install each on a different system or use Virtual PC or Server.
