Dockable Form Question

Is it possible to make a form dockable, say to the right side of the screen and act similar to the MS Office launch bar (hides after non-use but pops into view if user moves mouse to right side of the screen)?

Also, can the form automatically adjust its height to the top of the screen while allowing the bottom to take into consideration of the task bar (in view or hidden)?

Any help here would be most appreciated.
