Installation errror

I have another small problem.I used Package and Development wizard to create Setup files for my program,but it is not installing afterwards,ie it is installing and then again removing the files it has installed.After showing the error-

The file c;\WINDOWS\Temp\$(DLL Register) could not be registered because it was not found

What to do about this?,I tried just taking two forms and creating anoter project and then using the wizard,that gets the setup files nicely and gets installed afterwards ,but this does not get installed,whatever I do. :cry:
