What kind of speed test? Internet download speed or system speed or ???
i think hes looking for internet speed... u might have to try it good old fashioned way :D just download a file from it and check the speed.. however that it all dependent on ur connection... or just ask the company :D

also try pinging the server might give u an idea... about 14 ms 10/100 meg server
You can go to dslreports.com and test your download speeds but you need to be on the server in order to do so.

Your still being confusing as do you mean the system hardware speed or the internet download speed? :)

You can create a baseline under normal operations with the perf counter, I think it is, and then analyze the loads it receives under operations over a period of time.
Also, there may be some stress testing software that will places the loads on it for you.
It's most often used for games spec. testing but I'm sure it'd give you an idea: http://www.futuremark.com/
