Instead of asking a vague question could you specify which apis(s) your having trouble with? there are alot of apis in the guide. ;)

under FT-Win32 API Functions

like the FT_W32_GetCommState,GetCommTimeouts,SetupComm,SetCommState

actually i don't understand the VC++ code.. yes i need the api only need is the FT-Win32 API Functions.. what im trying to do is use some of my device uses with this dll.. im creating function similar to mscomm1, do u think this FT-Win32 API similar to mscomm1?

Probably your best bet is to post in the C++ forum and ask if someone in there can convert just a few of the most needed ones. :)
