Naw, just go to the store and buy a thing called a clock. :p
I've already built one. Still working on the going back in time functionality. The forward function works just fine albeit by only one second at the time.
Mine works as I only have to move the hands backwards but the thing about going back in time is that it seems the same as the present was.

Time travel is possible. NASA proved this mathematically a couple years ago, but all we need is a propulsion device to get us to the speed of light.

All this talk is likely to trigger the NSA/FBI's bots. I don't think they'd be able to understand the humor factor, so they'd probably send out an agent to detain you, so that they can question you under the hot lights. :)
