Do you have the disk that came with it? The drivers on that should work, if not it maybe faulty...
Is it a USB or PS2 keyboard?
Is it plugged in ?
No, seriously, check its correctly plugged in... I'm guilty of this myself...

Isn't that the one with loads of extra buttons ?
You might want to look for some software for it as well :)

When you say no keys, do you mean none of the media keys or no keys at all?
Sometimes, uninstalling the keyboard completly and plugging it back in letting Windows rediscover it and installing it with the CD cures the problem.
O i forgot, the media keys work just not the standard
