The problem for me ended up being my whole motherboard. I weas getting random blue screens, with all types of different errors. For some reason, my mobo couldnt handle the stock frequencies for my chip. I had to underclock my Athlon a few megahertz and everything was flawless after that. So, its really a matter of tinkering with it to see what you can come up with...
