Access Database

Hi,

I want to export a database to textfile format. I am using access 97. When I export it, it just saves it as a file. It doesn't take me to the export text file wizard. I even reinstalled access.

Any idea how to get to the wizard. Please let me know.

Not sure, but try this:

Start Menu => Run

Type in:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system\mstext35.dll

and then try the export again. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling, but choose custom, and poke around til you find "Advanced Wizards" or something and make sure it's checked. Also make sure you have the data drivers for text files checked.
