I'm dying...

Well, not exactly. But I am getting 2 sergies done. Oral and something like plastic. For the oral, one of my i-teeth (fangs) is stuck in the gum so they have to cut open my gums and place it right so it will come down since it's to lazy to do it all by itself. (Note: I have had this done before, the other (right) one came down, just having a problem with the left.

And for the plastic, I am getting my eye lids cut. My eyes are small, creates a problem when seeing and keeping my eyes open especially when in sunlight. So I have to get it done.

Oral - November 8th
Plastic - November 17th (right on my birthday! :()

By the way, they are keeping me awake for both sergies! Numbing me, but still...its just you laying there, tired and drugged, knowing that they are cutting you and you can't sleep, just lay there wondering when it's going to be over.

Hopefully, I will recover and I'll be as good as new afterwards. Just thought I'd share this sad moment with all of you that care.

I am quite scared. I have had sergery to get my adnoids out when I was younger, I was asleep and when I was asleep, they stuck a needle right in my arse! That sh*t was not the best wake up call! And then, oral sergery for my i-teeth which only one has processed and the other, failed. Why can't anything ever go right? They installed these two cool looking gold chains right in the gums themselves. Looked so cool.

when I was 16, I had a hernia (when the lining that holds your stomach in place breaks). I had it fixed and was in for two days. When I came out I could barely walk for a while. once I could walk again, I started to see my friend's again and they found out whenever i coughed, laughed or sneezed, I was in pain. Needless to say that they were making me laugh, sneeze and coughed all evening. bastards.

good luck mate, i have been in hospital before for a hernia as well, but i have to have an operation on my heart at some point to repair a valve, needless to say i am not looking foward to that, especially seeing that they stop your heart, aagghhh

that kind of surgery scares me shitless, becuase if they stop your heart, you are technically dead. I know they attach you to machine to keep the blood circulating, but it's still bloody scary. let's just hope they don't replace your heart with a baked potato, like what happend to kenny in the south park movie. Damn that movie was funny.

when I was 11 years old, on july 24th 1997, I had my right foot operated on, they had to cut open my hip, and take a piece of bone out, then cut open my foot in 3 different places, put a piece of bone in the top, and on the side(to give me an arch), then stretch out my acciles tendon....
this is what they did to my acciles tendon...

then I healed fairly well, and on december 7th, they did it again, to my left foot....


and i am fine....
the worst part was the needles...
the IV, they stuck it everywhere trying to find a good vain...

the best part was after they found the vain when they gave me the anethstetic.... :)

they had to give me laughing gas and the **** they pump through the IV, because laughing gas didn't make me go to sleep....

I just had 4 wisdom teeth ripped out. Jesus after that you cant think for days...

They said I could be put to sleep. But for better results, they need me to stay awake so they can tell me when to open my eyes to see how it looks. If I go to sleep, the Dr. said that there's a chance I'll have to get it done again which I don't want, so I agreed to stay awake :(.

Wow, this is making me nervous.
They are putting me under anestheia (however you spell it) so I will only be half awake, I won't even care. But see, it's just lying there. You get irritated because you just want it to get over with! I'm sure it'll take about 2 hours. And 2 hours of lying there, awake, with them cutting/asking me to open my eyes and stuff/and then sewing my eyelids back is just something that you don't want to think about going through.

I can barely breathe now.

I went in for Oral surgery a year ago . They wanted to give me that damn needle of Novicane , I was like What ? You want to stick a needle into my gums . They already hurt due to a really bad tooth cavity . After Hostage negotiations I had them set me up with some Nitro Oxcide , "N20" . Afte a couple minutes breathing that I let them stick me a couple times . :) I was to busy laughing to really care .

Surgery #1 - done.

It was done last night (11/8/2000) and I was numbed, kept awake, but couldn't feel a thing. I did happen to hear the roof of my mouth being cut open though. (I will not get into details) But it's all done now. I am not in much pain (due to the prescription drugs/strong+ pain killers).

But I'm glad it's done!

Well guys, tomorrow is my birthday :). But also my second surgery (at 10 AM) :(. I'm not nervous about the cutting...but what I'm going to look like after :eek:. Stretched/bigger eyes :rolleyes:. It's scary, but nothing I can do about it. I guess it's the best thing. Thanks for your support.

Well guys, I am done with both surgeries. I can't stay on long for a while because I need to rest my eyes. They are swolen, but I made it. Had a hard time trying to open them, I was blind for a day. It sucked, but it's all over and I'm back.

No more Will...
