Well if you have XP, it should be available in your OS CD even if its english. :)

just go to Regional Settings...

*Heck my OS IS in japanese, you have to do this yourself*

but go to the second tab and check both checkboxes, it should prompt for your CD where the language packs are located. :) Good luck.

BTW, the language packs are usually located in the I398 folder.. or something.. eheheh i forgot. :D

I386.

Install the Japanese language pack from Start > Settings > Control Panel > Regional Settings.

It's also a good idea, usually, to have the IME installed as well, but it messes up some of your windows. :(
