[RESOLVED] print screen

Hi
well, I have a visual basic project..I want to send its picture which I got after
pressing the print screen button on my keyboard...Then I modified it using excel ...I converted its format to jpeg...
The problem is that I dont know how to use "insert image" function
what should I write between those tags xxx..
Or is it how you send /attach images ?

before that I think I should attach the file to upload...

i use www.imagethrust.com to upload any pics i want to show to people
