Datareport problem

Hii

I would like to get a daily report on the Date that I select from 2 different tables. I have attached a zip file that has the Database and an HTML file of the dailyreport that im getting when i tried, and an excel sheet the way I want to have the report.
When I print a report I get it in the way, I have attached the dailyreport.
How can I eliminate repeating of records.
how should i work with it and how should i group the records...?

Haven't looked into your attachment but you can try using DISTINCT to remove repeating records...

i tried with distinct command but thats also not working..
could you pls look into the attachments and let me know what is going wrong.
