Sorry! the problem still exists. Just I marked it resolved by mistake.

VB comes shipped with Package & Deployment Wizard (aka P&DW) so just use it. Got to Start menu -> MS Visual Basic ... and it's there. OR you may access it from Add-Ins menu in VB IDE.

In any case you should've not open new thread for this but continue on your existing.
