Access merge fields

Simple question (MS Access)

I use the wizard to create a report. Now I have 3 seperate fields (Name, FirstName and IDCode). How can I get this result in one text field

Name, FirstName (IDCode)

I mean the 3 fields in the same "Text zone". Here's an example
