How to add bookmar into a footer/header???

Anyone knows how to add bookmark into a footers/headers..???

View > Headers/Footers > click in header and then go to the Insert menu and click Bookmark...

Thanks a lot....I did View > Headers/Footers> double click in footer> click on Insert Menu then select Bookmark>it show a dialog window for bookmark selection....(nothing happens...) :(
