Smart Device not show in the project property

I have read some information on how to develop the mobile application with visual basic.net, specially, use the compact frame work. I did download it and install, The smart device icon still not show in the project property box.

I have the Visual Basic.net 2003 standard Edition. Is this version have problem with the Smart Device or Pocket Pc app developemt?

for VS2003, Professional is the minimum requirement to develop for smart devices
