API for scandisk??

DOes anybody know of an API that will run Scandisk in a vb app?

I guess that would be front end

I want to (on click) do a thorough scandisk on the floppy drive, automatically correcting all errors on the disk and preferably invisible.
Basically the user does nothing, chooses nothing and optimally sees nothing.


Is any or all of that possible?
