Perhaps this is one of those "irregular updates" that we've heard about?

Yes, I think they are up to 3.5+
3.5.3, but I'm not sure why there is an error here as we are supposedly running 3.0.7 which contains the fix for it. Unless it was an incomplete incremental patch rather than an upgrade.
I guess if we change it to anything that is not the true votes then the % gets all screwey.
