Can i get toolbars like MS Office toolbars :afrog: ?

Yes, but you will need Office installed.

Or if you want to get really into it you can do similar look and feel of Office by using something like this -

Its just my personal preference to use Office as its only a few lines of code vs the type of solution in the link. But if the users dont have at least one Office app installed then the link is about the only way to go.
