help datagrid winforms

I have a datatable connected to my datagrid with an editable column, which I want to do is that when modifying that cell and when it loses the center to pass the new value to my column of my datatable.

If you have bound your DataTable to your DataGrid via the DataSource property then, as the word "bound" suggests, the data in your DataTable IS the data in your DataGrid. They are one and the same, so if you make a change in the grid it will be reflected in the table without any intervention from you.
