Can that be added to existing list?
For sample see my last post in this thread - sorry it was deleted for some reason.
Here is smilie.

Here is smilie.
Isnt it a bit too wide? You could just link to it now that you have uploaded it like I do with my Gangsta Yoda smilie.
Is it? I don't think so - it's just perfect.Quote:

There is no evidence that it even relates to beer. It could be Root Beer or soda in them mugs. Mugs aren't always used for beer ya know.Quote:

all right, but the Glare smilie (in JR's post) could be included in the list.
Soooo whaaaaaaaaaat ?!Quote:

And the Worship smilie doesn't have to be drawn on the side with the others, considering its size. We can say : pwned:
Also, the :bump: smilie was pretty awesome too. http://www.vbforums.com/images/ieimages/2005/10/1.gif
The lol smilie should be replaced with this: http://www.vbforums.com/
BTW, fyi most of what you call "family forums" have it.Quote:

probably, the list in which they are listed, do not allow such big images?!?!Quote:

even i am confused now!
Sounds like someone is grouchy this morning. Didnt get everything you wanted for Xmas? :)
I'm just saying that its a large smilie and "seems" to promote drinking but the final decision is up to Martin. Just being honest here (no hard feelings) but I doubt he will go for it as its not that easy to get a smilie added or we would have a long list of selections already. ;)
Man, are you insane? Didn't you ever cheer with say glass of soda or orange juice or water ??? I don't recognize you - is it you Rob? And Xmas isn't my type of holliday. ;)Quote:

I love that bumpy, not sure about LOL but it definitely better than what we have here - can't even see the "laughing" part - color is too dark and it looks awful. Some people have absolutely no taste.Quote:

My favourite LOL smiley --> http://70.85.169.212/3524/183/emo/laughing.gif
I like the  one. And Rob, compared to almost any other large forum, our smiley list is piddly ;)
Whos arguing? Not Me :D I just dont understand the big push for a particular smilie. :eeh:
I mean I cant even get my Gangsta Yoda smilie http://www.vbforums.com/attachment.p...chmentid=38679 that I made into the smilie menu list and its very conservative. Anyways...
there appears to be plenty of space uunderneath the :afrog: and :thumb: to fit in
EDIT: removed
When it was last used is irrelevant. We are not getting rid of the duck. It symbolizes a former member who is no longer with us.Quote:

With all do respect Rob but it's not conservative - it's a tasteless green thing if you ask me.Quote:

I've just realized that one of my posts with the  smilie was deleted so I re-attached it to my first post.
Removing smilies will break any posts that have used it. By break, I mean the smilie text tag would display instead of the smilie. As such, we don't really want to remove a smilie once it is used.
As to adding new smilies. We can consider it, however, any smilie submitted must be freely available for commercial use. If you submit a smilie to be used, then you *must* have the rights to submit it and you *must* give us full rights to use it. We are using it on a commercial site (this one), so it can't be a smilie from one of the "get x-bazillion free smilies" sites that restrict the free usage to personal use.
Having said that, what smilies are -you- submitting and suggesting?
Brad!
That sample  smilie wasn't done by me and the point for this thread was to find out if you're willing to add new at all. If you are then I will just go ahead and make one or we can create a little contest and let the guys choose one. But thanks for your feedback - it definitely sounds on the positive note. :)
Cheers.
