What version of Outlook? Usually all data stored in a local .pst file under your "C:\Documents and Settings\VB-Guru\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook" folder. You can go to "File > Data File Management" to see all your .pst files in use with your Outlook profile. If your running Outlook with Exchange and storing all your items on the Exchange server then you will not necessarily have a .pst file. They are "usually" used when running Outlook with POP3 mode or when you want to manage your data locally.
I think I had Outlook XP on an WinXP machine. It is on a crashed HDD so there is no way I can get to the menu, but if I can find the file then I might be able to save it, thanks a lot, will try to find that one, and get back to you...

FYI: Local Settins and application data are hidden folders, so you'll either have to type it in or goto tools>Folder options>view and enable 'show hidden files and folders'
Nearly forgot about this thread..:) But not totaly. Remembered it when I had to get my CV out of that broken HDD too...well, all set and done now. Everything restored. Thanks.
