that on the last day I have to work before my christmas holidays I get every ignorant abusive ****wit in the entire place telling me I don't know how to do my job, am taking the piss, patronising them etc....Seriously, could I not have ONE stress free day???

There must be some crap on the it guys desease going around. I'm having the same problem here, almost got up and smacked some guy around the other day. Can't get fired before Christmas though, darnit.
