Looking for a quick project

Okay, this is not much of a program, but related anyways.

I'm looking for a Winsock Wrapper or HTTP Wrapper. Basicly what this does is simplifies the process of connecting and sending requests, then recieving the incoming data and returning it back to you.

It would include Gzip decrompression, remove headers, handle chunked data, download file/image, as fast as possible (IMPORTANT!).

I have made my own, but for some reason it acts really slow, compared to others, so I would like to see someone else try. I will give full credit, and an OCX with the source version would be nice. I will upload source to a sample one when I can, any questions feel free to ask :)
