I want to create a report that look like this:

Title Line:Name(Beginning with "D") - Phone - Email
Data Line: Jos Dalton - (458)388.8888 - [email protected]
Jack Dalton - (458)388.7777 - [email protected]
Will Dalton - (458)388.7788 - [email protected]

Title Line:Name(Beginning with "G") - Phone - Email

Please tell me these are not real names, not real phone numbers and not real email addresses!
