What he means by Thank button is a Thank you button on every thread. Instead of a user posting 'Thank you', he/she will click a Thank You button and a 'Thank you' bot will say thanks for him (similar to post reply). And the bot will keep track and tell the other users who said (clicked...) Thank You.
As for the store, I think you know what a store is in BB terms, every time the user posts he/she will get x forum dollars, where they can use the shop to buy a custom title. Or even a colored name.

Oh, I see. In general we don't do mods unless there is a very good reason (such as the addition of the VBCODE tags) and I don't think that those qualify. As for the "Thank You", if you use IE you can add a little file to the Valuable Forum tool mentioned in my signature to add a "thank you" with a click or two. I can supply that file if you want it.

This thingy seems fun enough, and it pretty much works for this type of forum :)
