There were build Errors

For about a month now, every so often, when I build my app I get "There were build errors. Continue?" I click no to see what the error is and there is nothing in the task list. To get my app to build I save everything then close the solution and reopen it. Then it builds just fine.

Has anyone else run into an issue like this? How did you fix it?
