I don't know if it is possible, but I suggest that you don't waste time even trying. It's not worth the effort. Get XP Pro. That's what it was designed for.
There have been a few threads about this, and someone said that it worked, but I never tried his method.
I would recommend you download the Apache web server.

Yeah apache is good except it doesn't support ASP with vbscript i believe.
yeah someone said it worked on their machine, I tried it and managed to have the IIS Manager show up.. and start and stop the service, but there is something in my settings that blocks anonymous login. Since my OS is japanese, I didn't bother checking it out, they said it can be seen in the event logs what was wrong but it took too much time,
ehehehe, I tried all of this in one night. But still ended up having to restore to a restore point to clean up my mess ;)
Right now I have 2000 Prof and XP home on the same machine to work on .NET and ASP ;) (dual boot)
Agreed with dglienna. It's a waste of time and is bound to cause more problems than solve them.
